Is Scooby Doo Real?
Is Scooby Doo real? In all those episodes of this classic cartoon, was Scooby really there? Or was Scooby just imagined by everyone? Well you see Shaggy was a bit too busy smoking it in his "mystery machine". You see. . .Shaggy couldn't afford the "mystery machine"; it wasn't there. Shaggy spent a bit too much on the weed. The "mystery machine" was actually Shaggy's flower painted bong. This explains Shaggy, you see. But what about the others, you ask? Fred, Daphne, Velma, Scrappy Doo, and even Vincent Price and a kid in a yellow jumpsuit. They have their own reasons for pretending to see Scooby. First, there is Velma. You see, Velma is legally blind, and after her glasses falling on the ground and breaking so many times, she couldn't afford to repair them. "But, Tommy! She has glasses!" you say? Dummy lenses, my friend, dummy lenses. Velma was as blind as a bat, did you ever see her leading the group? Oh no, she always followed, for she could not see. Then Daphne. What was her reason, you ask? Well, you see Daphne always assumed that "scooby" was just slang for Fred's penis, and a "scooby snack", a blow job. This also explains why Shaggy wanted dog snacks so much. Then, there's good old Fred. You see, Fred thought that everyone else was crazy, but Fred, being the jock he was, needed his popularity. He couldn't call them on their idiocy. They might send him from their group! Fred eventually caught onto what Daphne thought "scooby" was and the "scooby snacks". . . He never told her the truth. What about Scrappy Doo? That loveable puppy eager to scrap. . . simple, he didn't exist either. Or good old Vincent Price? Surely he wasn't lying. . . He's dead! "But Tommy, you can't tell me the kid in the yellow jumpsuit didn't see Scooby! Come on!" you tell me? OH! But that's the easiest of them all. . . Kids aren't real.
