"I'd like to explain the corn situation. Corn kernels are basically little pockets of corn sugars and starches wrapped in a skin of cellulose. While the sugars and starches are highly digestable, the cellulose skin is completely indigestable to humans. The result is that these empty skins float down through your intestine and get filled with fecal matter. Thus, what in the toilet looks like whole undigested kernals is in reality little corn skins stuffed with poo. Cheers!" --Stile Project Reader Mail
