So, I just got back up to Berkeley from attending Poppy's funeral. It actually wasn't half as bad as it could have been. Seeing all the people there for him (and for me and my parents), I really couldn't help but smile. I'm not sure if that was inappropriate for a funeral or not, but I think Poppy would have preferred that. Know it.
Heh. I even ended up giving a short, impromptu eulogy. Though I will miss Poppy, the whole day actually wasn't half bad.
